    Thank you. I am not much of a linux guy. I have an entire and entware-old folder on my USB mount point. So I assume I have (or had ) entware installed. but neither the opkg or ipkg commands work (I found some info on line). Any pointers on how to install sftp on my merlin router? Thanks

    I don't think so. I issued a reboot from the SSH prompt; that was the only real shutdown. USB has plenty of space. I only had a few lines so I'll just recreate it for now.

    Well I think I may see the problem... it is currently 0 bytes. Ideas how this could have happened/how to fix? My whitelist.txt is also... zero bytes... :( And going back and redoing host file type rebuilt the host file. But my (not backed up :() whitelist is still gone...
