    for the records, I played for 3 weeks with the great RT-GT5300 that comes with 1Gb RAM and it stays most of the time with less than 50% of capacity in use... a waste of resources in my view

    I performed a full factory reset with UPNP enabled by default and the camera keep refusing to be included in the list within the App, so there should be something else other than UPNP and AiProtection.

    Hi @Ratman After upgraded to latest 384.7_2 (this time in a new RT-AC86U) I'm unable to add my 2670L as although mydlink lite App is able to detect it, at the end of the process it cannot confirm camera wifi settings and it finishes in error. In any case I can access the camera web interface...

    Hi @Jack Yaz , yes I already read your sadly news in your Fare thee well post. RT-AC86U is also a candidate but now that Asus is at the point of publishing new models I'd like to consider more options. Thanks!

    UPNP -- disabled (but tested it also ON and no visible change) NAT -- default values FW -- not one related to the camera, only bittorrent and plex ports being forwarded. Merlin firmware, v384.5

    I got one and managed it to link properly to my RT-AC87u thru mydlink-lite App. however I'm unable to access it from my lan devices thru their dns name, only by IP. I know, this is not your problem but it is my experience. Also have other dcs-8200lh that goes thru the new mydlinkHome and works...

    Merlin and hostnames

    Does this has any effect on DNS resolutions? Because I have few cases where 2 or 3 devices are not resolved by the name I write down in the devices list overwriting those manufacturers strings.
