    Yes, it's plugged into a lan port. But the other Lan Ports behave as if they're disabled.

    Yes, I unplugged the cable leading from the TP Link to the router, and plugged it into a PC instead. The TP Link picked it up and I had internet access.

    Wifi isn't a problem, I can connect to either wifi fine, and I had given them distinct SSIDs while trying to trouble shoot this. I've disabled it now though to avoid any confusion. No errors in the log. Wifi from the RT works, and provides internet, so I think its connecting to the TP Link...
