    Need some advice?

I use to have the Ax88U router, took it back since it was giving me major issues, mostly hardware issues. I bought the AX58U and its been working fine, no issues at all. I came by a ad on offer up and someone is selling a AX88U used for $180, the sellers clearly does not know what she is...

AT&T fiber 1000 speed is throttling and other ipv4 issues

Stay away from netgear imo. It could just be a lemon router, you try a new one maybe? Did you have QOS enabled? If thats enabled it will cut your speeds in half. Plus its a known fact that, bridge mode, ip passthrough and what ever else is tried on the the at&t gateways are broken. Thats why...

AT&T fiber 1000 speed is throttling and other ipv4 issues

What switch are you using, you should use a manged switch?

AT&T fiber 1000 speed is throttling and other ipv4 issues

You should try the dumb switch method man. I also have At&t fiber and their Gateways are shirt, on both GW they provide, ip paasthrouh, bridgemode, and cascade modes are borken. With the dumb swtich method you by pass the gw entirely! Takes a few minutes to set up but way beeter then using that...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 and 384.13_10 is now available

Yeah weird? I dont see them, maybe take a pic and post to see in what tabs they should be in? I have noticed that the HW option ( auto or disable ) is gone under the Lan/Switch Control tab. Maybe this normal for the AX3000, dont know?

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 and 384.13_10 is now available

It might only be for the asus router you have? Do not see it anywhere in my router, I upgraded to the AX3000 last week.

Ok restarted my router and now under Nat Acceleration it says " Nat Traffic is processed by CPU" Kinda weird,

Right now on the Nat Acceleration is says, " CTF (Cut Through Forwarding) is enabled. If I restart my ac3100 that changes and my speeds are cut in half, and it also says something different on the Nat Acceleration tab? I forget what is says.

I see, there is a weird issue with the AC3100 using BWL, it works fine and my speeds dont get cut in half. If I restart the ac3100 something happens, my speeds get cut in half if I do a restart on the ac3100. It has something to do with the " Nat Acceleration " under WAN, Switch Control.

The one thing I did notice on the AC3100. I use qos and sometimes the bandwidth limiter. Once I enable the BWL, I still get my speeds that I have on my sig. On the AX88U, if I enabled BWL it would cut my speeds in half. I made a thread about it when I first got the AX88U.
