    1st off check the issue is your end. What I ended up doing is downloading pingplotter (free) to monitor some game server IPs. Some ISPs/tier networks aren't transparent with ICMP. You also can't handshake through pingplotter with a gameserver with UDP...what i'm saying is icmp isn't reliable...

    I haven't been with movistar for 3 years. I had the same setup but never got that problem. First thing i would do is clean install the latest firmware on the Asus. ADSLZone may be ale to help also as they have quite a few Asus Merlin users with Movistar.

    Or the ISP rolling out the windows update....I presume they do it for MS as it would be cheaper. If i get a whole day of bad gameplay on Warzone or FIFA can guarantee the Laptop has a windows update ready that night.

    The gaming community is waking up to the likes of Skynet and how handy it is for blocking bad servers.(Skynet) The Asus routers with Merlin has handy QoS too. Not surprised more are heading this way :)

    Force UDP only for online games

    CoD only uses UDP for in game "gameplay". Other actions like the menus are TCP usually. Voice could show up as skype. I only did a little research on CoD just to compare to FIFA. Now FIFA uses GSVP packets for their main server games.
