    What's up with ASUS they been pretty quiet for months?

    Things I don't understand is like how the Asus app can more or less show all hostnames in it's client list correctly by default and the router just can't, shows mostly just MAC addresses.

    AFAIK it's to prioritize devices when using QOS. When QOS is disabled it should have no effect but maybe I'm mistaken..

    LAN to Wireless Bottleneck?

    Try with all the beamforming options turned off also as somewhere I read that they give wireless problems on Apple devices. Not sure if it is still applicable these days but worth a try never the less.

    Why use AiMesh if you can connect APs via Ethernet?

    Smart Connect is also available when not using AiMesh, wouldn't that help with multi wireless AP roaming. By the looks of it one of the only advantages of an AiMesh setup is the centralised network control.

    I am running Skynet yes. I'll have to check that out. Thx Still a risk I know but I have it enabled with a unique RSA key and password access disabled. Did read somewhere that that was the securist method.

    86u running alpha 1, changed SSH access from Lan+Wan to just Lan and now when trying to change it back it won't, after pressing apply it does the please wait up to 100 but just stays on Lan access only. Tested alpha 2 and same problem. I'll revert to latest stable to test.

    Anybody getting reboots on the 86U? Can't find anything in the system log but my router's up time is never over 24 hours. Rolled back to stable 384.6 without a reset and already have almost 2 days without a reboot.
