    I just activated cpu wait, my cpu temp on rt-ax88u was 81C and now it dropped down to 72C when activating cpu wait. Big difference. Lets see if it causes some stability issues.

    Have you guys noticed issues with RT-AX88U, suddenly you got no internet access and can't even access asus webgui. Only fix is power off/on then it works again. I can see that the internet light on the router is red also. When checking logs there is not really anything. Like it would just freeze...

    For me fixed that I disabled powersaving on the devices, wifi powersave to off. I haven't had any issues since.

    What helped me in this issue was found in some other forum, can't remember what. But with disabling this, seems to get tasmota devices to connect really fast and without issues. So far at least... Could take sometimes an hour or 10 minutes before they could attach, and I got a lot of those...

    Now my RT-AX88U and RT-AC68U is running on alpha 2. Must say seems really promising so far. No issues yet what I have noticed and much less "overflowing" logs etc. I haven't yet tried it out so much, it's a bit early to say how much better or worse it is but in a about 24h it has been running...

    OK thanks for advice. Yes sure it's an alpha version, can't expect too much. Then again I already have annoying issues with asus official release. So why not try merlins alpha :)

    Seems people are quite happy with the alpha release... perhaps I should give it a go. Any major issues? I'm running the latest asus version they have released for rt-ax88u and rt-ac68u(mesh). Still have some disconnect issues and dropouts. Sent a report to asus with logs but haven't got any...

    Port 80 blocked? I read somewhere that port 80 needs to be open from the provider to get this to work. I might be wrong.

    Similar "issues" here on RT-AX88U, or logs. Seems sometimes when I watch some streaming it stops, some kind of network interrupts. Because it happens also when i copy files over the network.

    Help figuring out timeout issue on certain sites

    Tried to set it smaller... MTU size. Did not help. I think dlugi is on something, does this just have to do with these HiLink modems? Let's hope you can find a solution or a fix for this(at least were the fault is). So that this can be fixed.

    Ok, but that is not possible. Because I'm not using dual wan and the primary WAN is USB. So under "internet connection" were MTU settings are when you are using ethernet WAN, are not there when using USB as WAN. There is only the USB modem settings.

    Same issue here... I can't access some sites. :( If I plug the usb modem in the computer it works, but not when it's connected to my router. In my case, I have RT-AC56U and Huawei E392u-12
