    Hello, i recently upgraded my RT-AC88U router's OS to the latest, and now 5G drops after around 24 hours. I have done a clean reset after the upgrade. I do not get why it suddenly stops. 2.4Ghz works fine, and if I restart the router, 5Ghz works fine again. Any ideas to what I can do to get it...

    I got AC-88U my self, and on latest version 386.5_2, it does indeed disconnect people during the day (Default setup).

    I don't know what forwarding it will do, but I don't see any big difference when I turn it off. My whole router freezes up on both Wifi and Lan now. 386.3_2. Not sure what I can do. If I restart the router, it goes back to normal for the next 24 hours or so.

    The security features, would not really help much if it's a second router, that is ported through another. So i think i will stay with the final version and not a downgraded one. But thanks for summing up the features. (The asus app is still supported in 380.70)

    Such as? I need the VPN to work, and the core working of AP view. Anything else doesn't really matter to me, as i use my AC-88U, as main router.

    I downgraded from 384.15 alpha1 To see if this would help. And it seems to have been helping me when i disable ipv6. When i had ipv6 enabled, it stipped my internet down from over 500 v 500, down to 100 v 100 :/ Could be Cloudflare, that i am using. Not 100% sure. Putting my syslog here also...

    So far, i would recommend waiting, until 384.15 is actually out. As it got bugs right now. If you got issues with 384.14, i recommend downgrading to 384.13 or lower until 384.15 is out, so you can see if everything works as it should when it gets out.

    [Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.12 is now available

    I had to downgrade to 384.9 on my AC88U, in order to get a stable version of asuswrt-merlin. Or else my whole internet would just keep falling out. And i have a stable 500 v 500 fiber internet connection. So it's not the internet. And it is working as it should now on 384.9.
