    Just to update, I ended up rebooting. The subnet has no bearing, it just so happened that a factory reset cleared something to work. Spoke with Advanced Tech, they did a firmware update on the ONT and it instantly grabbed the WAN. I rebooted the router and it dropped the WAN - DHCP error. We...
