For the moment I have no DNS Filtering for any device on the network, when I have the time I will try to enable it and disable the TV.

The starting issue for the poster was: The problem was also with the wired connection. Regardless, on my case with a similar TV I get 100mbps on Fast.com speedtest on wired and 250mbps on wifi connection.

@degs on my case the issue was DNS Filtering, are you using this? After I disabled it the TV started working without itches.

The DNS Filtering was the cause, removed it for all clients and I'm trying to check if I still need it. At this moment it is working with ethernet cable and without the DNS Filtering. Thanks for the ideas!

The TV is using the router IP as DNS Server and I'm using DNSFilter to enforce the router DNS on the devices.

I'll try this again, I had this disabled before the TV reset to factory defaults.

No VPN client, just Smart DNS. I've tried the google and operator DNS after a factory reset and the problem persisted.

Did you get any solution to this issue? I have a similar problem and it's driving me nuts.
