    Print job gets bigger over vpn

    Hi. Has anyone ever experienced a situation where printing a small text file (say about 100kb) grows to 2.5mb when spooled over a vpn to a printer connected directly to the host machine? Any idea what's causing this and how to stop it? Thanks.
