Limiting number of replies in a thread

It seems like there is no dialog happening here on the subject anymore. Mines are made up and feelings hurt. I personally bought an Asus RT-AC86U so I could take advantage of the scripts/tools available from a few great developers here. I use an eero system in bridge mode for good coverage...

[384.14_Alpha - builds] Testing all variants.

I wouldn't be too eager to run alpha code unless you want to participate in the testing phase. Be prepared for unknown issues that may appear since all of the code is not ready for release yet. You certainly can "give it a go" and if you don't like it load your previous version. Remember there...

    FAQ(?): Recommended devices?

I also agree with these guys. The RT-AC86U will probably be supported longer since it is newer and if you do need more ports a really good unmanaged switch is cheap to add to your network.

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Please check where you post your complaint. This area doesn't apply to your router...

[384.9_Alpha - builds] Testing all variants.

Oh, BTW, this issue has been around for awhile and has nothing to do with the alpha build changes...

[384.9_Alpha - builds] Testing all variants.

@D_Day, if you want to run alpha and beta firmware you should be willing to read other people's comments before posting questions. Developers time is better spent on new issues instead of continuing to answer the same questions.

[384.8_Alpha - builds] Testing all variants.

I just noticed my Daylight Saving Time was set to end Oct, 2nd Sunday, 2am. I don't ever remember changing it to that value since it should be 1st Sunday in Nov. I'm getting old so maybe I did change it unintentionally but am curious if anyone else has this issue?(DST, not getting old)

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.7 is now available

You have a couple of choices but only you can decide what is more important. 1. If using your 3 ac68u together is the most important then you have to use Asus firmware. 2. If using a mesh configuration is most important there are a couple out there to pick from. I picked an option to do both but...

    Neighbor eero repeater

Are you sure it is the eeros? I have 3 in my house and they do not constantly change channels. Mine use channel 1 for 2.4G and have never moved to another channel. I do understand your frustration with crowded bands but am not sure it is your eero neighbors fault.

    User NVRAM Save/Restore Utility (R26.2)

What update? I don't think the tool has been updated to work on that firmware release.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.6 is now available

I see this error also. It periodically shows up in the syslog.

AB-Solution - The Ad Blocking Solution

Have you considered something like a wireless remote outlet? I bought a 5 button version by Etekcity for my IP cameras. It comes with 5 separate outlets that you can plug your stuff into and instead of pulling the plugs from 5 different cameras everyday I just push a few buttons. It can be...

Skynet Skynet - Router Firewall & Security Enhancements

Question: I have debug temporarily set to off so once every hour Skynet is showing me the total number of blocks for inbound as well as outbound connections in the log file which is great. But when I look using the stats feature for the top ten in both directions it lists nothing in any of the...
