Sharing files between VLANs

I have 3COM Officeconnect ADSL Gateway Router with VLAN Binding. I have created 1 VLAN with Static IP in Vista Home Premium. Pubile folder is shared. My XP Pro machine can not access Pubilc folder of Vista PC My Network Router DHCP : 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.10 Win XP Pro DCHP IP: 192.168.1.2...
