    computer won't see 5ghz band (ac66u)

    i normally can figure these things out. but it just doesn't make sense.i can see the 5ghz on my iphone but it won't show up on my laptop. please help :confused::confused:

    Try updating to latest.. I dont see why people are reporting bugs when they arent even on the latest fw.. Not bein an butt just some advice

    Correct. Try restoring settings to defaults then disable the 5g and light should stay on. Edit: i tried everything ti get the light off. Rebooting router, restoring to default, no go

    What does clearing it do? Will it make it faster? I looked it up and don't really understand.. How often should i clear it? If it does improve things how would i do it manually without the command on the ac66u. Thanks.

    just wondering, is there a command that i can input to release devices from the dhcp list manually? like say i wanna release someone and don't want to wait til the lease expires. i know i can change the time low and let them expire but it would be awesome if i could do it manually. Thanks
