R6300 with MyBookLiveDuo bad performance

Hi, I own a R6300 router with a MyBookLiveDuo NAS and I get about 3-4 Mbps in either upload or download from my laptop (Vaio T15 which has a 802.11n qualcom Atheros wifi). Even if I sit right next to the router the performances are not improving. I also tried FTP transfer, but it seems even...
