Diversion Diversion - the Router Ad-Blocker

Hello, I just found out that AB-solution changed to Diversion, I want to upgrade and would like to know how to do that safely. I was going to log in to ab-solution uninstall and then install diversion but I cannot access ABsolutions like I always did, but it is working because it still block adds.

AB-Solution - The Ad Blocking Solution

I have decided to install Pixelserv-tls after reading what it does, at the beginning I thought that its purpose was only to display logs, but I read that it also gives extra security when blocking. Before I proceed and install this, I have a synology nas that uses port 443 and 80 for some...

dual format 1TB usb drive for Windows backups AND Transmission? (RTAC56)

Yes, I agree with swetoast, the only way that I would suggest for you to use NTFS is if you plan to unplug the hard drive from the router a lot so that you can use it on PC's.

AB-Solution - The Ad Blocking Solution

I found one site that is perfect to test AB-solutions, it has a very aggressive ad system!, I used the "ads gone host file", and still get a lot ads from there, thanks to that site I added 40 new sites to the black list. Since the wildcard system was removed I had to add one by one. PS: I like...

I play with it as you suggested, I'm done setting it up, the only thing that I need to figure out is the ports that I need to forward to use the phone apps from the internet. Help setting NAS

Thank you for enlightening me, I was going to choose the Raid 6 because I read that it gives more protection for disk failure, but you made it more clear to me. For a 4 disk system, Raid 5 will be better as it offers the same protection as Raid 6, and Raid 6 is more suitable for large systems...
