    Thanks. Tried going directly to 380.65 and it failed. Tried going to 378.55 and it worked and from there onto 380.65_4. Factory to default after final flash and manual reconfig all the settings. So far so good!

    So are you saying that if you would have named the 2nd drive correctly (i.e. no spaces, no special characters) the router would not name the drive "sdc1" and instead the label you gave it would show up?

    The router does recognize the usb drive and the partitions, but shows up in the Network Place (samba) Share labeled as "sda2" and "sda3". I would prefer the partitions to be labeled as I named them when formatted with OSX utility. Just not sure how to go about doing that.
