ASUS RT-AC66U WAN speed degradation

I have the above router and after a day or two the speed drops from 320Mbps to 120ish. I have updated the router to the latest firmware from Asus with the same results. I upgrade to the latest Merlin as well and issue persists. However, I did not do a hard reset after the upgrade to Merlin...
