    Bought a GL-MT6000 since my ac68u went EOL, nice device wifi signal stronger than my old asus and its wifi6. stuck stock openwrt via sysupgrade which make things annoying for testing different programs as it's a moving target, repo packages get regular updates so they may not install due to old...

    So i gave in and did the manual update, after reboot the router page didn't come up, so powered off/on and it still didn't come up but had networking, router page eventually resolved itself after a minute or so.

    tried twice from the router update page, it goes through the motions of updating but it stays on 3.0.0.4.385_20633 when the updater is offering 3.0.0.4.386_43129.

    RT-AC68U firmware 3.0.0.4.382.18547 slows down 5Ghz Wireless.

    i rolled back to .7743 too, for me download speed was affected. with high speed downloads Core 1 was hitting 100% limiting the download speed, it would start about a day after a reboot. sent feedback for asus.

    Having similar issues with my ac68u and the new f/w, Core 1 will eventually hit 100% load on fast downloads. Just done a reset, i hope this fixes it or back to 7743 for me too.

    Will update tomorrow, router will randomly 100% core1 crippling download speed since the last update. hope this fixes it before i have to try a settings wipe.

    Upgraded and all working fine, briefly have a problem with openvpn but i think it was an android issue.

    RT-AC68U - cant connect to admin page on 192.168.1.1 all the time

    Got my ac68u yesterday and having the same problem. Laptop (win8.1) connects to the gui Android phones and tables connects fine. but my windows desktop (win8.1) can't connect, login prompt ok then nothing, same desktop with kubuntu the gui loads fine.
