    Thank you for the fork. I have the AC68U and the tools menu isn't working. I'm kicked out if the router and must reboot the router before i can log in again. In the merlin build it is working correctly.

    Device Name changed

    I did a firmware update via the firmware recovery page and clear the nvram. So that could be the problem than? Next time shall only update via the WEB GUI. Thanks for the answer anyway. :)

    Found it. LAN MAC address: 78:24:AF:E5:E6:C8 @john9527: I only use one router. So it is normal? Now i change it back manually after i flashed a new firmware.

    Hello, I have a RT-AC68U and every time after i flashed a new firmware the device name is changed. The new name is like RT-AC68U-E6C8 Why is that? First i had a RT-AC66U and it had the same problem. Thanks for the help.
