Home Mesh Wi-Fi Coming This Summer From eero

That's very interesting. It looks like Eero just secured $40mil in funding. Maybe Luma will beat them to the market.

Ubiquiti Announces $89 AC1200 Access Point

That's where I'm at. I had Cat5e in my house and just switched out the RJ11 jacks with RJ45 and have as much wired as possible. I think phones, a tablet, a laptop, and a Chromecast are the only things not wired. And I just ran two wires into my attic to which I'll be connecting two AC pros. At...

Ubiquiti Announces $89 AC1200 Access Point

Ah, I should have looked at your Location and figured such when you mentioned concrete slabs between floors. My friend in Norway mentioned his new house being built in a similar fashion. No here in the US though from my experience. Thanks.

Can you explain why (or your theory why) the Archer C7 beats out the Archer C9 in most benchmarks?

    TP-Link Archer C9 review?

Review up... and quite depressing. I guess I should be happy I only spent $143 on it. I'm using it solely as an access point, so I've disabled any and everything extra I possibly can. My hope is that if it's not working on DHCP, firewalling, hosting USB media, guest networking, etc., that it...

    TP-Link Archer C9 review?

ABT was briefly selling the TP-Link Archer C9 for $143, so I snagged one. Just got it up and running this weekend. I'm only using it as an access point. I wish the interface made it easier to switch over to an AP mode and still allow the use of the WAN port like other routers I've used in the...

I just nabbed an Archer C7 ver 2.0 for $59.99 over the weekend. I see on TP-LINK's downloads page that there is a ver 3.0. Any ideas what this new version changes?
