Looking for suitable 4Tb NAS with media server

Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me make a desicion please. I'm looking to buy an NAS with a built-in media server so that I can stream video to my PS3. Specifically i'm looking for one that has 4Tb of fully useable storage so therefore needs to have Raid 0 or some other raid...
