    Paitently waiting for the RMerlin beta! I have become accustomed to Asus newest features being added to existing routers, BUT the RMerlin fw, and most importantly The Forum Support for when I Griswald my router are why I have stayed with Asus.

    Utilized an RPi 4 (4GB) to do a clean headless Bookworm / Pihole install. Interface seems is quicker/smoother. Won't be able to fully integrate into my network, until tonight. FYI I installed late yesterday with all updates, and had the "flashing red update" this morning. EDIT:

    @bennor TBH I loaded up v6 beta and it clearly wasn't like an RMerlin beta, and I wiped the RPi clean and never reinstalled. I will try PiHole v6 IF it is released. @Tech9 Yes, same RPi 4

    I removed the RPi with PiHole months ago, and have only been using uBlock Origin with zero issues.

    Have I overloaded my AX86U Pro with amtm stuff?

    I've tried not to add extra work to my router, and use a minimum of amtm scripts. Utilizing an RPi for PiHole, etc can significantly reduce the overhead that the router must complete other than routing.

    I've been using Drones this season. I wanted to get the 98Pro, but that msrp/selling price is not justifiable for Casa Griswald. I am watching for the next gen wifi 7 routers from Asus and the enhancements RMerlin can accomplish.
