    a) No USB devices we're connected b) I did both the factor reset in the dash and a NVRAM clear by using the power button and the WPS (after getting past inital wizard I was still unable to upload firmware) c) I went to the firmware upload section and selected the firmware off of my computer...

    As I said in my initial post: It just says the router is not in rescue mode even though the blue light is flashing slowly.

    I'm using wired with static IP... you know the standard deal 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.5 etc. I've tried Chrome and IE on both Windows 10 and WHS 2011 (closest thing i had to windows 7 still). All platforms and browsers exhibited same results.

    I installed the latest merlin (378.56_2) on a AC68U, but I was having various disconnects so I wanted to reinstall the asus firmware, unfortunately the updload flash doesn't work, it uploads the file to 100% but doesn't apply, and just instantly goes to the main page. I've tried various...
