    I believe it may be a bug. For a temp fix, I've found that: LAN > Switch Control > NAT Acceleration Initially for me, after factory reset, upgrading, and downgrading it only states: CTF(Cut Through Forwarding) is enabled. I max out at 600-700 Mbps Disabling Nat Acceleration yields 250 Mbps...
