    ill try this now, factory reset and leave without power for 10 mins and give it a go...thanks for the info. now can't log back into router via Imac....timing out....have to reset on router . :(

    i am losing the will to live....hope you can help me. only on apple devices . all new less that two years old...when they connect to the router they are only getting 1meg up and down? 2015 Imac main pc, 2017 Iphone 7+ and 2016 Ipad air android i get full speed 150 down 10up i have not...
