    Cannot upgrade r7000 from 380.68 to 384.8

    I have downloaded and unpacked the zip file, and it uploads OK, then the device recognises the file, progress bar activates, and takes about 3 mins to complete. Router reboots, but no change in firmware. Have tried factory resetting before trying to install update.No dice. What should I try next?

    Tried it. It certainly blocks web, but unfortunately also blocks Facebook Messenger, which is the main app he wants to use.

    I figured it out. No idea why its like this, but I found the path (http://192.168.~.~/ParentalControl.asp) online and pasted it into the address bar. When I do this, the page comes up. Its not in the menu though(?) - I wondered if it might be a browser or cache issue but it does the same...
