    Stable IPv6 with zero issues for over a year with the AC86U. Some ISPs are still known to have issues with IPv6 implementations thus making it more difficult to isolate if its firmware related.

    Try to reboot the router. Did you enable WTFast? It may cause high CPU load even after it had been disabled later and a reboot will fix it.

    Only left the DOS protection off and monitoring. All other settings remained as what were configured before. Its either that, parental controls or ipv6, or a combination, to be the issue. Note parental controls and ipv6 are enabled at this point. Monitoring over the next few weeks.
