Help : RT-AC68U slow download, fast upload

Hello! Configured RT-AC66U_B1 WAN via USB in Android phone mode. Connected phone-Internet appeared, but channel is asymmetrical: download: 0.4-1 mbps, upload 50-60 mbps. If phone directly connected to the PC - on tests goes download: 80 mbps, upload 50 mbps... Where to dig?
