    thanks mate! No, I don't have any USB device connected (never did). And I'm installing the same way I've done it many, many times. What's different now?

    I'm upgrading from 384.4_2 and it's happen something that never did - after everything is done I'm still on 384.4_2. I've rebooted the router and tried again - the same result. What could be this?
