What does it show under Enable Radio on the management tab on the AiMesh page when you select the AX92U node? This is what mine looks like for comparison. Also, should have asked earlier but does your primary router also broadcast the 5-2 band or only 2.4 and 5-1?

depends, what router do you have as the primary? Latest versions for AX92U allow having all three bands broadcasted even when the AX92U is a node unless a dual band router is the primary router.

I swapped to a AX92U from AC86U. I was using a fan for the AC86U and that brought the temps down to 65C from like 95C or something.
