    I mean with no updates i need to trough away 3 perfect routers. With no way for opensource firmware. So perhaps tomato will bring firmwares for the ac86u and ac88u and gt 2800...

    Correct and i had a big enlightenment after a conversation with a fellow forum member. And i feel all is beta test. And luck. They supported my gt2900 only for 4 years. My ac68 was supported for i believe 12 years. Gt is dieing... 68is still going strong. I do think they should keep promises...

    I feel a bit disappointed with Asus the last years. In long term support, in fulfilling the promises. I have a complete useless mesh device because of upgraded units. Thank you for at least making the devices usable. And solid secure.

    Awesome looks, years back this is what Asus promised for the ax86u pro aswell... Its not "yet" delivered. Will you support the expert wifi gui for any model?

    Actually i noticed that Asus is dropping support for routers quicker. And i see that gpl's are not reaching @RMerlin so since my ac68 got supported for a damn long time... I was more then happy. My gt release in 2019 got dropped only in 2024.... So is their any line for durable support like...

    Aicloud is not a usable safe function. So integrate something like nextcloud and disabled aicloud. Anyways remove aicloud.

    Damn, bought a ax86u pro for the vlan stuff hope we van expect the Merlin sauce soon. I don't feel like buying WiFi 7 devices. I don't even have that much WiFi 6 devices.

    Wow in had mine in i think 1995 or so... And when the y2k bug entered the phantom world I had my athlon running. Any howsse... Time frame stuff ... Back on topic.

    This is to %€#&&% funny. It is, i know its ment to be funny. But iam just having this daily office feeling. With all the tech advisors and managers all knowing litlle to nothing. And then acting their way up.
