    my provider gave me sagecom 5866 5g modem. it doesnt have any advanced setting like. qos or mesh. so I want to use my asus router as my main router while the 5g modem+wifi router act as a modem. note: I have tried ap mode on asus router. qos function doesn't work there

    best way to backup settings before factory default?

    Asus merlin recommends resetting to factory default after flashing to a firmware that is 3 releases older. so I try to reset after every 3rd firmware update. is it ok to backup settings & use that after every reset or does that defeat the purpose? or should I take a note/screenshot of all the...

    here I tried to give FDM fixed tcp port but it didn't take and still using random ports. note: I did not create any new rules here. just edited its existing rule

    the app is using remote port: 443 and local port: 60xxx-61xxx (tcp). local port is changing all the time I am trying to give FDM fixed tcp port (range 12000-13000) from windows so i can create a rule for it but for some reason it still using the older ports
