    Yes. Dirty upgrade. Not a single problem since. ASUS stock. Not gnuton.

    Is there a perhaps a fast ethernet switch in your network ? That might slow down everything to 10/100 Mbps ...

    Haha, indeed. Removed the original date. Shameful and proves Asus realises and admits they are heavily underperforming here. Well, it was 18th of january 2022 as I remember well. So we can nearly celebrate its 1 year birthday !

    Totally agree. I have my hopes on Merlin now ( Support for RT-AX92U · Issue #236 · gnuton/asuswrt-merlin.ng · GitHub), but feel like selling and switching also.

    OK, great news then since ASUS themselves seem to have stopped updating the firmware (jan 22 last update). Hope you can fix your problem though.

    imho Merlin dont support RT AX-92U. Using this Merlin beta might have gotten you into problems. Hard reset will probably do the job indeed

    3 years old with 2/3 of a year without update. And assuming that there are no critical security updates within 8 months ? Are you serious ? And indeed, why have had other even older models regular updates in the same timeframe also because of the many bugs reported in this forum ? I've invested...

    No firmware update for 8 months now. even no security fixes. This is a fairly new (and expensive) model, but seems Asus has lost interest ? Leaving users with bugs, not properly functioning equipment and most of all security risks. Shame on you Asus.

    Totally agree. Forces customers to move to an alternative brand just for security reasons if its not updated for such a long time.

    Its getting awkward now, half a year without an update on RT-AX92U ? Really ? Not even security patches or anything ?

    Yep it is, ground floor: main router ~ 50m2 first floor: AImesh node 1: ~ 50m2 second floor: AImesh node 2 ~ 50m2. Now i bind al iPhones to nod on first floor, then there are no problems (no roaming required anymore). All nodes are connected wirelessly.

    Same here, but iPhones only (despite disbled private MAC adress), after binding to one of the nodes less problems (a joke, because what did I buy a mesh system for ...)
