    I'm onboard with renaming Tools to Sysinfo. It would also make sense to rename Network Map to Dashboard it would be a more accurate description but considering that Network Map is the default landing page it's not really a big deal

    Right you are! I should have looked before I pointed you in that direction. It's probably just as well because the wireless log isn't working in the alpha. Although it might not have been an issue because the BE routers were already on the 37xx code.

    I had a similar issue with my Shield Pro with an RT-AX86U router and the solution was to toggle on "Allow low power channels" under the Shields General Settings/Network & Internet. It doesn't make sense because my Wifi signal was reasonably strong.
