    I returned my router to the customer service center and got a refurbished one. I can successfully update to 3.0.0.6.102_34791 now.

    Definitely it's a GT-AX6000. I think maybe there's something wrong with the last update so I can't upgrade or downgrade now.

    I tried update via rescue mode with mini web ui, and get an error message after uploaded the firmware file: Also tried 3.0.0.4_388_23285 and 3.0.0.6_102_21514, the same error. I think there's something wrong with my router and I will contact customer service later. Thx for your help.

    Can't update from 3.0.0.6.102_21514, via app/web ui/manually. Hash checked. I rebooted several times but it still not works.
