    Thank you for this, this helped me find out where the issue is occurring, its not exactly a packet loss, but its a session loss, drop and degradation with the isp.

    Yes, but im going into the WAN settings and setting it to the 2.5gbps on the asus. Additionally, when i use the 1gbps lan to 1gbps wan on the asus, same packet loss.

    im quite disapointed in asus lack of support for $500+ dollar routers. We have been going almost 1 year without updates. AX11000, AXE11000 Does anyone have an update on whats coming and when? @RMerlin do you know if you're able to fill us in from anyhting from the grape vine?
