    Tried a factory reset and still showed bad PEBs. I am working with support to see what my options are. I turned off Traffic Analyzer stats in the meantime, hopefully the router doesn’t die before my replacement comes.

    Does a factory reset reset all of the PEBs? If I backup my settings can I restore them or will that just restore the problem? I guess I don’t know what is backed up. Thanks!

    I’ve had the router for a year, was going through the logs and found two entries last night where bad PEBs were flagged. I went to console and found there are 37 out of 40 reserved being taken up, meaning I only have 3 reserved PEBs left. Does the system allocate more or am I bricked when I...

    OK thanks! I was having the issue in this thread as well, was getting massive upload spikes so this must just be coincidental. Changed my password and the spikes seemed to have stopped, but had one short spike last night when these errors occurred.

    I also disabled DDNS and removed “Allow access from WAN” and for some reason my DDNS is still allowing me to access the router management and a port forwarded NVR using my asuscomm DNS…. I removed access and re-flashed the latest firmware, and checked the settings and both show disabled.

    I changed password, turned off SSH, rolled back and then rolled forward to latest Merlin firmware. Should I turn off DDNS? Is that any part of this equation or can I leave it on? Thanks!

    How did you get your backhaul to use 5ghz? Mine used 2.4ghz and I couldn’t find any way to change it. 2.4ghz backhaul did me no good, plus my 11000 kept losing connection but it may be the same issue I listed in the post above (I need to disable 160mhz). Anyway congrats on getting it working!

    Let me know how the Aimesh setup went. I had no issue getting the router up and routing, it’s only when I tried to add an Aimesh node or repeater that things took a turn.

    I have a win 11 pro computer and it sees my 6e channel on my axe16000 just fine and connects without issue. i believe my motherboard (ASUS z690-f) uses an Intel Wi-Fi controller and it seems to work.
