    Sorry about that. I wish I had something to add, but I ended up returning it because the return window was closing. I will probably just buy Ubiquity APs and forget this Asus nonsense.

    Thanks. Pretty sure AP mode removes the firewall so cannot disable DOS.

    GT-AXE16000 Owner's Thread

    Anyone try AP mode? I really just wanted this thing for the multigig ports and better wifi. Don't need it to do any routing and in fact have to use another router which unfortunately, does not have a usable bridge mode. The solution would be to use AP mode which in this case does not work...
