    Got my omada ER7206 up and running eventually with controller in docker. Was quite a learning curve. Will wipe the asus and decomission it as the isp gateway and only use it for wifi mesh at the moment.

    Well got the omada installed. gatewat 192.168.1.1 (default was 192.168.0.1) BUT whenever I try to adpot it in the omada cloud or through the controller in a docker container it wipes the router back to its defaults 192.168.0.1 and lose all connection!! I am missing something big! It's a...

    Date: June 16, 2024 But it's Oct and we've only seen these issues now? Now all of us on merlin, roll back to stock with this patch update? Or are merlin going to release a new version? Anyways my omada ER7206 is arriving tonight. We'll give that a run for its money to see if I like the ecosystem.

    Once I get my omada set up tonight, I'll swap them over and totally wipe the RT-AX86U. Then probably use it as non-dhcp, wifi only AP with the other RT-AC86U I have as a mesh node.

    My spikes today weren't a glitch. I check my isp app and it displays the amount of GB's used and see big jumps!! Changed my password again, even stronger, rebooted and switched off ddns again. Will rely on twingate for access (hoping this is still secure)

    Yes I have rebooted and strengthened my password. Sorry when you said AICloud I thought you meant the Cloud Disk option and AICloud Sync I have smart access enabled only. Should I disable this? I have switched all options off now Many thanks

    Stable here also for about 20 hours now. Only after changing my password!!! Still got AIProtection ON here though. OpenVPN recreated with new password also. I never had SSH Port Forwarding On btw
