Asus ET12 mesh vs MyQ HomeKit garage door

There may be any server issues .One of my friend was facing major errors ,disconnection to the server,due to weak internet ,router trouble.Or Maybe the Integration is not done right. Disable any VPN if you are using. Update and Restart your devices. and then Add your MyQ to Homekit.
