    Update: Flashing firmware 388.7_0 fixed the issue. Thank you Colin. However the issue encountered was still a head scratcher.

    Thanks for your reply Colin. Have eddited my post above to ensure I am not going against forum rules. I would just like to understand why I could be facing this weird issue and is there a way to troubleshoot so I am able to flash and use Merlin WRT with my GT-AX6000.

    Hi All, I experienced a very weird issue I am trying to get my head around today. I have been using this router for a month without issues. However I would like to flash Merlin firmware to utilise SSH and run scripts. I flashed my GT-AX6000 to Merlin 388.1_0 and this is where my issue started...
