2.4ghz and 5ghz clients cant communicate with each other

on latest asus merlin. was trying to figure out why one of my ip cams was not working from some phones. it is not just an issue of bridging from 2.4 ghz to 5ghz wifi issues. it is more nuanced and probably why not everyone sees it wired port <-> 2.4 ghz GOOD wired port <-> 5 ghz GOOD 2.4...
