VPN Director - batch of 300+ CIDRs

Hello, Hello could I add Google's entire ASN (about 300 CIDRs as far as I can see), to a custom file to be included with the VPN Director to route to ie. ovpnc5? I can't see any other option to avoid ads, other that paying for YouTube premium. Brgds Tom
