New Around Here
Hi guys, As the title says, I am looking for an Asus router for 50+ simultaneously connected devices on 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
Can you suggest a quality and affordable (~250 €) solution?
Now I am using Asus RT-AC3200, which is limited to 25 simultaneously connected devices on 2.4 GHz WIFI.
Any advice is welcome.

Look for business class High Density (HD) access point instead.

I don't know what place you are going to be using it at, what coverage area is expected and will it be enough for your devices. It is a high density AP with theoretical number of clients >1000, but the real number depends on what the clients are doing. 2.4GHz band is mostly limited to 20MHz channel width. This means all your 2-stream clients will share up to about 90Mbps throughput. Clients like IoT with 1-stream radio will share about 50Mbps. The best strategy is using multiple radios (APs) on low power and on different Wi-Fi channels. Especially if client number expansion is expected.
