Hi,
I recently upgraded my RT-AC68U's firmware to 380.57 and I'm having some problems when I turn on "Traditional" QoS. As soon as I do this, most of the 2.4GHz WiFi devices can no longer communicate with the router (they show up in both Windows and within the router as connected, but they no longer get ping responses from the router). The 5GHz WiFi does not seem to be affected by this problem. Furthermore, turning QoS back off entirely does not restore 2.4GHz WiFi access. The only way I have found to get it back is by restoring a backup of the router's configuration that was created before any attempts at using QoS had been made.
Another possibly related bug seems to be that for "traditional" QoS, the upload and download bandwidth settings (i.e., the "Get the bandwidth information from ISP" settings) seem to be reversed. I have confirmed this with extensive testing using upload/download speed testers. E.g., if I set the download limit to 5Mb/s and the upload limit to 1Mb/s (which is about what my ADSL2+ limitations actually are), both my uploads and downloads max out at about 1Mb/s. But if I reverse the settings (1Mb/s down and 5Mb/s up), my downloads max out at about 5Mb/s and my uploads at about 1Mb/s, as I would expect if the settings are mixed up.
Thank you
