4 bay 2,5" NAS that supports RAID-10?

Hi,
I'm in the market for a consumer/prosumer NAS and after doing research for quite a while now I'm now looking for one that supports RAID-10 (1 & 0 combined) since the security is much higher than with RAID-5 and security matters most to me.
Ideally it would be a quiet 2,5" device with 4 bays, but I'm having trouble finding RAID-10 devices at all. The common QNAP and Synology ones don't seem to support it which is quite disappointing.
Any suggestions?

I too want RAID-10.

Hard Drive space is pretty cheap and I really don't want to deal with rebuilding parity on a RAID-5 or RAID-6 system just to save some space.

I thought I saw one array system with RAID-10 support but I cannot remember the vendor.

I believe Thecus has RAID10 support in several of their models.
