802.11n nonoverlapping channels?

on 802.11N are 1,6, and 9 the nonoverlapping channels? if not, could somebody provide info as to which channles (2.4ghz) are not overlapping?
 
802.11b/g: channels 1, 6 11 non-overlap in 2.4GHz.
802.11n arguably is four non-overlapping channels because the OFDM signal falls off more sharply than the older.

But to keep it simple, it's encouraged to use 1, 6 or 11.

In North America, where the top-most part of 2.4-2.5GHz is not approved.
