A to B Data Recovery - My Book World Edition II

WD NAS - WD My Book World Edition 2 ,(2x1TB working in mirror mode.)

1. The unthinkable.
Long story short, I recreated a folder share by deleting it first !!!!
Damage was done. Data in that folder, gone.

2. Recovery.
I took out NAS - Drive A.
Attached that drive A to my PC .
Recovered the files with data recovery program. (0.8GB)

My Question:
Now, If I put the drive A back into my NAS, will everything work fine?
Data from A will be mirrored to B?
(No space available to copy the data somewhere else first.)

Preaching: external backups help with drive failures, file system corruption, AND USER ERRORS!

Also, NASes (Synology and QNAP, e.g.) have good time backup utilities that keep prior versions of selected folders. A life-saver for oops!
