Configuration AC3100 running Merlin 380.64_2 / SB6190 / Comcast Network / 5Ghz wifi connected Windows 10 PC
Now that I have IPV6 working I have run SpeedTest on DSL Reports. The tests using IPV4 have always run right around 125Mbps down and 25Mbps up. Setting DSLreports option to use IPV6 the results are about 85Mbps down and 25Mbps up. After making selective changes to the router configuration and running multiple tests I found that by turning off AI Protection the IPV6 performance came up close to the to the IPV4 results (within 1Mbps). It looks like Trend Micro Code has an issue. Not sure why the impact of IPV6 should be that large.
